Collaborative Law
Collaborative law, is a process that enables individuals in a dispute to attempt to resolve the conflict without resorting to litigation, but resulting in a settlement that will meet the needs of the parties. The parties will work together to try to create an outcome that all can agree upon rather than taking the win or lose approach in court.
The collaborative process can be used to facilitate a broad range of family issues, including divorcing couples, custody issues, disputes between parents and the drawing up of pre and post-marital contracts. Collaborative Law can also be helpful in resolving business and real estate disputes.
