Kinzie Borgerding

Kinzie practices in the area of estate planning and probate, where she takes a compassionate, proactive approach to addressing the unique needs of each client.

Kinzie grew up on a commercial cattle operation in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This background gives her a firsthand understanding of the needs of farming and ranching families—an expertise she further developed as President of the Agricultural Law Society at Washburn University School of Law. She is passionate about helping families protect their legacies and ensure a smooth succession for future generations.

Kinzie began her journey with Morris Laing as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate before joining the firm as an attorney. Her goal is to provide clients with peace of mind and security, knowing their assets and family businesses are protected for generations to come.

Outside of her practice, Kinzie remains closely connected to her roots. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, at Oklahoma State and Kansas State football games, and she can often be found at her family’s cattle operations in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and Marysville, Kansas.
