Rachel N. Gonzales
Ms. Gonzales practices primarily in the areas of family law, juvenile law, and civil litigation.
Before attending law school, Rachel worked in journalism and project management in the Kansas City area. Rachel previously worked at Morris Laing as a summer associate and joined the firm full-time after receiving her Juris Doctor degree, with dean’s honors, from Washburn Law School in 2022. While in law school, Rachel was a senior staff writer for the Washburn Law Journal and served as president of the Federal Bar Association’s Washburn Chapter. As an intern for the Washburn Law Family and Immigration Clinic, she gained significant prelitigation and courtroom experience while representing indigent clients in a wide range of family law matters.
When she is not in the office, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, true crime podcasts, yoga, and just about anything outdoors.
